I was looking for something that was multi-purpose. This fit the bill and was inexpensive so I thought I would risk buying it without seeing it. I'm glad I did. It is much better in the flesh than I thought it was going to be and I am now debating on getting a second one.

In the short time we've had this ottoman it has served as a coffee table, extra seating, and what it was intended for, as an ottoman. It served us well for extra seating when we held our son's bday party and everyone was surprised there were tiny ottoman's inside. The kids took those and sat on them (when they weren't running around). All in all, great finish, and multipurpose which is great because you get more bang for your buck. =)

I am so impressed by this great piece! It is perfect for our small apartment and the diversity of seating options is excellent. I would recommend this to everyone!

All the other review stated that there was an odor...I to smelled the oder but it smelled like a furniture store and after a few hours or so it faded....great piece and even better price.
