LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT September 30, 2008 This was one of those perfect purchasing experiences. The product was well represented, it was shipped and arrived promptly, and it has lived up to my expectations and more. Because we're cutting laundry costs, I have been doing more ironing lately. The annoyance of cords on irons is what drove me to look for a cordless iron. What I have found is one that heats just as quickly, has a stable base that keeps it from toppling off the ironing board, steams clothes, and can be put away in its pretty case even while still hot. The case itself is nice, because it locks on in a way that will not come unlatched as I carry it, and the cord retracts into it for storing neatly. The result in my house is instant cleanup after an ironing session with no more wait to cool the iron. And, the ironing session time is cut dramatically, because I'm not contantly having to go over areas wrinkled by an iron cord. I have no experience with durability of parts, but I definitely recommend the product for looks and convenience.
Cordless Steam Iron August 12, 2008 Spell bound. Awesome product from Panasonic. I've very nice experience with this product. I love ironing my clothes now. The steel plate in this iron is very smooth and slide on clothes. The design, looks are b'ful. No hassle of wire. I never used it steam buttons. Its automatically gives good ironing experience with its bottom nossels that make clothes wrinkle free. Overall, a very good product.

I actually have not used my new Panasonic iron yet. I'm sure I'm going to love it!
Cordless Is Nice July 30, 2008 I have used this iron for about two weeks and am very satisfied with it. I have needed to change my habits a little. I need to always put it back on the base when I am moving the item I am ironing so the iron stays heated. Being free of an electrical cord is very nice. Being able to remove the water refill container is very handy. The stainless steel soleplate makes it glide over the material.
Best iron ever from a quilter's point of view June 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Do you have any idea how much ironing is involved in putting together a pieced top for a quilt? Loads. First there is the ironing of the freshly washed fabrics, then each square or portion of the piecing, and then the top in total must be pressed. All this is very tireing when constantly fighting a cord in your way. This great little iron cuts all the fighting of the cord for you. It's agreat addition to any quilters room. I highly recommend it.
