 Some Disappointments July 2, 2008
The product itself is excellent. Be careful if purchasing for a Char-Broil 4-burner Commercial Series BBQ. It will work, but you will not be able to attached the handle to the spit, because of the way the BBQ lid closes. Rotation speed on this unit is excellent and it is very quiet. So who needs the handle anyway?!

The more powerful motor and the counterbalance are definitely an improvement over the rotisserie that came with my grill. I had to drill one hole in the body of the grill to mount one of the brackets: easily done, since this grill is aluminum. But I shouldn't have taken the "Universal" in the product name so literally; the spit is too short for my grill. I can use the old one and some of the old hardware (I'm glad I didn't throw them out), but using the counterbalance isn't nearly as convenient this way.

Installed on a CharBroil grill in less than 10 minutes (with my 10 year old son helping me). Able to completely close the grill lid once installed. Came with a bracket that will allow installation onto various grill types. Grilled a whole chicken and it tasted great! Highly recommended.
 NIce rotisserie..but would not fit my grille September 1, 2007

DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS FROM ANTONLINE. I opened the plastic bag that the mounting brackets came in and they would not mount on my grille. I put them back in the packaging and tried to return the product but they do not take returns ON ANYTHING you have opened, even if you have never used the product.
