The fridge wate rfilter - PuriClean, provides good quality water and ice, but it is expensive considering the number of gallons it could purify vs. sink based water filters.

This filter consitently lasts for a year, and we can get it for less than we can buy it locally.

Water from the fridge taste much better with less odor. A very good water filter. I like it better than my old Brita water pitcher.
You must reset Filter Change Indicator Light August 29, 2006

After changing the filter, you must reset the Filter Change Indicator Light by simultaneously pressing and holding the "light" and "lock" buttons until the filter lamp begins blinking. Release pads and the lamp turns off. Indicator is now reset.
Good product, not the best price I've found though
