This actually used to work. I am 105 lbs and work out often. I would take 1-2 pills/day and gained about 7 lbs. of muscle in 2 wks. I was cut. I bought the new formulation without the nanodispersion hypermolecular technology and instead of getting muscle definition, I got horrific swelling. I would wake up and the side I sleep on would be huge. I also had a knot on my forehead from swelling. My tanita scale still read the same amount of muscle, and water, but the fat amount was increased. I do admit that this product does increase muscle endurance.
I believe the ingredient Muscletech raved about with their product was removed and therefore the creatine is not able to be pulled into the muscle cell. What a shame. This product was so much better than all the other crappy creatine(twinlab), but muscletech ruined it. The hardcore variety has too much garbage in it that causes swelling and bladder irritation even with as little as 1 tab per workout.

I ordred via amazon...paid for it and for express delivery - but never received it. Yes, I am totally not happy about this.
