 Bad design August 19, 2008
This is the second time I have bought a mattress pad where the backing has "melted" when I put it in the dryer. I wash my sheets and bedding on hot, and throw everything in the dryer. We have two young boys, so we do a lot of laundry. It is beyond me why a mattress pad wouldn't be COMPLETELY washable and dryable on hot and/or warm settings. I like the top of the pad, which seems like nice quality cotton, and it fits the bed nicely. My complaint is that the backing is poor quality. I didn't order or expect anything waterproof. In fact, I would prefer all cotton. I really don't have time to pack this up and send it back at this point. I am not satisfied and would not buy this type of product online again.

I think I got this for like $18 or something and it's fantastic quality. I've only washed it twice, but I can tell the elastic isn't going to give out and the pad itself is high quality. Well worth it.

This mattress had great reviews which was surprising as it retails for so little - but the reviews were dead on. This is great!
My biggest gripe about mattress pads is that they run small with cheap material on the sides - they are usually difficult to put on the bed and the side fabric gives quickly!
This is very generous and fits well on my Cal King with room to spare! Great fabric , great quality, plenty of padding on the top - and the sides are so deep it can even accomodate a mattress pad!
You cannot do better for you money and this fits far better than my previous buy which was three times the price!

Very, very satisfied with this product. It is very soft to the touch and the padding is quite full. The sides are not that hard fabric but more like micro fiber. Very easy to cover the mattress. I even put memory foam on top of the mattress, two layers totaling three inches, and the mattress pad covers everything with no problem. Thank you for a wonderful product. Well worth the money, even it is not on sale.
