Slow shipping,defective product,poor customer service December 20, 2008
I ordered this blanket in Oct,thinking it would be perfect, especially because it had a removable washable cover. My husband is always hot and keeps the AC cranked down, therefore I freeze. I was really excited abut having a way to keep warm while traveling. However it took 1 month to get it.When I got it the zipper on the zippered covered was defective,not sewn all the way, therefore the zipper tab fell off and I could not get it back on at all. I emailed the company, finally after 3 weeks, got a response to return the product. So I returned the product, and yes they received it, I have confirmation. Since it has been over 2 months and no returned product or response from the company, I emailed and called and left messages. No response, no product....Total ripoff. Do not order from this company unless you enjoy being ripped off, VERY DISAPPOINTED,will not ever order from this company again....
