Works as designed... June 30, 2008
This item works as designed. It allowed me to put new component speakers in my 99 Acura TL. The wire is thick and serves its purpose. The plastic connector clicks into the factory connector and holds together tightly and securely. Nothing more to be said about an item that is this simple. It works well and allows you to gain access to the proper positive and negative leads from the factory.

Hook up is easy and item works. I recommend tightening the smaller of the 2 speaker connections w/ needle nose pliers since it is not very tight. I did this w/ all 8 speakers installed.
