GREAT and animal safe product September 24, 2008 I purchased 4 of these and have almost no more Pigeon problems. These are totally safe to use with Dogs and Cats (if the darn cats did their job I would not need this) in the area. I highly reccommend this product.

Cruel product to say the least.
Not worth it January 18, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I agree with the 2 reviews above. We have a cardinal that spends the day pecking on our windows. I first put it on "continuous strobe" and the bird flew up to the window sill an seemed more curious than scared. He didn't peck on that window but ended up at another window on our house and pecked on that. The problem with the alarm is that the electrical plug in says "indoor use only" so we would have to listen to an alarm all day which is worst than listening to a bird peck on the windows all day. I guess on sunny days I could use the batteries and leave it outside. If there is something better I would like to hear about it.
This device is ok, not great November 24, 2007 I had a pair of pesky Robins that would fly into my windows every morning for about an hour each day. I bought this device to deter them.
I was unable to use both the strobe light and ultrasonic at the same time, because when I turned on the ultrasonic, my dog would freak both inside and outside. So I was left to the strobe setting only. The strobe light had little to no effect on deterring the Robins.
I am curious to see how it would have worked with both the strobe and ultrasonic enabled at the same time.
Useless thing August 6, 2007 It scares people when audible alarm is on, but doesn't drive away birds without it ( using just sonic and strobe light).
