K&N is well known for making excellent parts, and it's no wonder they are the brand stocked for the VW Rabbits here at Amazon.
Amazon sells these at an amazing price of 10$, sometimes less at 9$. This price beats that of what you can get for lower end filters at Kragen or Autozone or Pep Boys for the same price. You'll be stuck getting a Fram or a Mann filter for this price. This filter is well made and includes a fresh rubber washer to provide a tight seal.
Why wait? Stock up. Change your oil every 5k/6 months miles yourself. Change your oil drain plug every few oil changes as well.
