Pleased October 5, 2008 We purchased these chairs to fit into our camper. They are well constructed and compact in design. They are also heavy duty with steel frames. They're absolutely perfect for what we needed.
Sturdy but comfortable and very affordable chair July 24, 2008 We bought both the straight chair and the rocker to match, and we are delighted with both of them. They are so comfortable, slightly wider than the average patio chair. Definitely recommend!
not for men November 21, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This chair is very sturdy, but is not for anyone over 5'8. The back is short and it angles back very little. You get the feeling you are sitting in a class room chair. Sorry.....but I love the rocking chair!
Pleasantly pleased August 14, 2006 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I bought two of these chairs and found them to be of high quality, attractive, well designed, strong, and a good value. Even though the frames are steel, they are not too heavy to carry. The steel has an durable paint job to prevent rust. Each chair has two plastic latches that are slid down the frame to lock the chair in the open position. These latches may be difficult to release for someone with arthritis, but they could be left unlocked. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.
open up! July 19, 2006 0 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have the WORST luck when it comes to folding chairs, and the bad luck *always* happens when one or more people are around me (so everyone laughs). It's when you go to unfold the chair and it's not *quite* unfolded so when you go to sit down the chair folds up and you fall RIGHT on your butt!
That's less likely to happen with the Folding Chair (the chair I'm reviewing) but still possible, if you're not careful. Just make sure you unfold the chair on a place that isn't wet, and also a place that's completely flat and you should be okay.
