Aluminum Angles offer the advantage of low weight, while providing strong structural support. Type 6063-T5 Aluminum is easy to work with, and has good finishing characteristics. Commonly referred to as the architectural alloy, This alloy is used extensively in window, store front and door frames. It is the best alloy suited for anodizing applications. The T5 designation indicates it has been artificially aged and moderately heat treated.
