This special joist gripper attachment from Cepco Tool lets you use the BoWrench Deck Tool when underdeck hidden fastening system tracks like Deckmaster and ShadoeTrack are being used. The gripper is designed to fit over standard 1-1/2-inch wide joists with one of the above-mentioned fastening tracks without damaging the track. Simply tilt the gripper and lower it onto the joist.
